Purchase this package to book a private 1 hour video shopping session w/ a member of our team at Primark.
Once purchased, connect with a team member to schedule a day and time which is convenient for you. We prefer scheduling within one week of purchase, but can be flexible if the package is for a gift or for a timed release.
Video shopping can be done via FaceTime, Whatnot, or Facebook Messenger app. Payment for all chosen goods can be done through our website with a card or PayPal, via a PayPal invoice, or during the time of shopping on the whatnot app.
The cost of this package does NOT include the cost of taxes, goods or shipping. All goods requested/purchased during the hour is all in addition to the hour shopping fee and shipping costs. For this experience our shopping fee is discounted from the Primark standard 25% to 15% after retail and tax.
Package is not refundable, but does not expire. Package is transferable and can be gifted. Cost of the session can be put toward other items if video session is no longer needed and forfeited.
Booked session cancellations can only be accepted if 24+ hour notice is given. Cancellations same day forfeit the session and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
If the session needs to be cut short due to no fault of Trinketears, there will be no refunds, prorating, or rescheduling. (Ex: customers phone dies mid session, all items are found sooner than time limit expires, customer is late to the session, etc.)
The 1hr session cannot be split. (Cannot turn into two 30 min sessions on different days) Should you require different timed sessions please contact us for special pricing and availability.
