Not finding an item or items that you were looking for?

Add this to your cart along with description notes for what you are looking for in as much detail as possible, and desired quantity. Once complete check out as normal with the rest of your items.

PLEASE PROVIDE AN EMAIL YOU CHECK REGULARLY AT CHECK OUT. 

A member of our team will reach out to you at the email provided to ask any clarifying questions if needed, and send an estimate for the item with any additional shipping costs. They will also update you on an estimated wait time if known.

If you accept this estimate an invoice will be sent to you at the email provided for the item(s) on the estimate. If a % tip was chosen at checkout it will automatically be added for you on the invoice. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours. After this time it may be cancelled by Trinketears at their discretion. 

If you purchase multiple in stock items and add a special request item(s) in the same order we will ship together whenever possible. Note that special requests may slightly delay the shipping time on your total order to ship together. If any item is needed by a specific date please disclose this in the order notes at check out and we will do our best to accommodate.
